TE and SE’s 1976 Merchant Builders home in Frankston South gets a Dr Retro House Call

Alistair visited our 1976 Merchant Builders home recently , after we contacted him for advice re the extension of our family room.

Beforehand it was suggested we forward all the queries we had regarding our renovation.
We were dazzled by his preparation. A clear and concise 23 page document covered firstly , three separate approaches to the extension and secondly, provided solutions for each and every issue we’d put to him. The detail of suggestions re flooring /storage /lighting / etc was brilliant as were the contacts for suppliers in our area. All accessible and readily available.

We were so impressed we have decided to go ahead with the 3D concept drawing , giving us a clear glimpse of the finished product.

We regard the money spent so far as a really good investment in achieving the most sympathetic renovation to our classic older style home. Highly, highly recommend.
