With the eastern states in various stages of reopening as lockdown restrictions ease, I thought it would be a good time to let everyone know about our Dr Retro House Call service which is coming out of hibernation.
- All of the Secret Design Studio team have been working from home and are all fully vaccinated.
- Our Dr Retro House Call service has resumed in Melbourne metro areas, but due to the lockdown backlog demand is already fully booked until mid-November.
- During a home visit, our team members always maintain a good social distance and have personal masks available if required.
- For our Melbourne clients, our Dr Retro House Call visits are available in your home at either 10:30 am or 2:30 pm.
- We have resumed our home visits to 7 days a week to help reduce the backlog.
- For our Victorian regional clients, appointment times are by arrangement and will depend on your location, but are usually around the middle of the day.
- For our Victorian regional and interstate clients our Dr Retro Virtual Visit service via Zoom will still be an ongoing service for the moment, with appointment times of 10:30am, 2:30pm, 5:30pm and 7:30pm Melbourne time, so that all timezones across Australia are covered.

NSW, South Australian, Tasmania, ACT trips in 2022
- In 2022 interstate visits will resume, with NSW being first due to the demand, but dates have not been decided yet.
- For Wagga and ACT I am considering a trip in the first half of January 2022 so please let me know if you are interested in a Dr Retro House Call in this area of NSW.
- For South Australia, Tasmania and Queensland there may be visits depending on demand.
- Once upcoming trips have been planned everybody who receives our “Secret Design Studio Despatch” newsletter will be advised on the dates prior to the dates being released on social media.

2022 price increaseI thought that you may like to know that Secret Design Studio will be increasing the fees for both our “Dr Retro House Call” and “Dr Retro Virtual Visit via Zoom” service from January 1st 2022.
This is only the second time that the fees have increased for this service in 11 years and is partly due to many clients saying that the service is so cheap for the value it provides. As with the previous fee increase I will honour the 2021 price structure for those appointments created in 2021 for dates in the first quarter of 2022, and for anybody that is holding an unused gift certificate.So if you are thinking about booking in your first, second, or even third Dr Retro service then now is the time to start looking at suitable dates and getting in contact.
